so let's explore some of the more basic

considerations

a simple visual inspection will reveal a

the substrate so what are these primary

considerations so one of the first

things to look at is cleanliness it's

pretty basic so cleanliness is a very

generic term for the condition of a

surface so what do we mean specifically

well the surface should be free from

loose material like dirt dust General

always start with the initial sweep of
