Polymer 202 is an acrylic based adhesive containing no toluol. The adhesive has special features such as fast tack build.

TO
Sound, smooth dry subfloors of concrete, conventional sand/cement screeds or underlayment, plywood, hardboard or cement sheet underlays. Warning: If subfloor is absorbent it is recommended that the floor be primed with Polymer 6000 Floor & Wall Primer

FOR BONDING
Action Bac, hessian back and most woven carpets directly to the subfloor.

TO
Sound, smooth dry subfloors of concrete; conventional sand/cement screeds or underlayment; plywood; hardboard or cement sheet underlays. Warning: If the carpet has a non porous backing it is essential that the subfloor be absorbent to enable the adhesive to dry and cure. Also, do not use Polymer 227 for PVC backed products.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Polymer 299 Anti-Static Adhesive for Carpet is an off white colour water based adhesive, tested in accordance with AS2834 Appendix D1995 and AATCC TM134-1996 and specifically formulated to dissipate static electric build up and there by reduce electric shocks and damage to electronic equipment in commercial carpet installations. Polymer 299 Anti-Static Adhesive for Carpet provides a tacky film of adhesive that is strong enough to eliminate any movement in the carpet after installation is completed. It is suitable for both double bond and direct stick installations. Polymer 299 Anti-Static Adhesive is designed to be used for bonding both the slab underlay to the subfloor and the carpet to the slab underlay. It is suitable for adhering all tufted and woven carpets, except fusion bonded carpets, together with Textron™ paper, woven polypropylene and jute sided latex foam laminated slab underlays.

300 Contract Carpet Adhesive

DESCRIPTION
Polymer 300 Contract Carpet Adhesive is an acrylic based adhesive. The adhesive has special features such as fast tack build and prolonged re-bond time.

FOR BONDING
Action Bac, hessian back and most woven carpets directly to the subfloor in single or double bond systems.

TO
Bond the above mentioned types of carpet to latex foam carpet underlay. Polymer 300 can also be used to bond the latex foam underlay to the prepared subfloor. However if a peelable bond is required between the underlay and subfloor, then the use of Polymer 999 pressure sensitive adhesive is recommended.

500 Carpet Seam Sealer

DESCRIPTION
Polymer 500 is an extrudable solvent based neoprene contact type adhesive. This adhesive has good water and heat resistance.

Carpet seam edges together where carpet is either directly bonded to the floor or double bonded over underlay.
